Counter Strike 2 resmen tanıtıldı. Valve’ın daha gelişmiş oyun motoru olan Source 2 üzerine inşa edilen Counter Strike 2, bugüne kadar bildiğimiz Counter Strike mekaniklerinin üzerine yenilerini ekleyecek.

Peki, Counter Strike 2’yi oynamak için nasıl bir sisteme sahip olmak gerekecek? Oyun ne zaman çıkacak? CS:GO’ya göre nasıl farkları neler? Counter Strike 2 hakkında en merak edilen soruları cevaplıyoruz.

Valve, Counter Strike 2 için herhangi bir yeni sistem gereksinimi paylaşmadı. CS:GO’nun sistem gereksinimleri sayfası da aynı şekilde durmaya devam ediyor. 

Sistem gereksinimlerini tahmin etmek içinse biraz geçmişe gitmekte fayda var. Source 1 ve Source 2 arasındaki performans farkını yakın zamanda Dota 2’ye gelen Reborn güncellemesiyle birlikte görmüştük.

Valve, Source 2 güncellemesiyle birlikte Dota 2’nin performansını ortalama bir bilgisayarda artırmayı başarmıştı. Sistem gereksinimleri ise herhangi bir şekilde değiştirilmemişti. Öte yandan tek değişikliğin yalnızca 64 bit işletim sistemi zorunluluğu olmasını bekleyebiliriz. Fakat yeni yüksek kaliteli dokular ve sis fizikleri gibi yenilikler ile RAM, işlemci ve grafik kartına binen yük bir nebze artacaktır.

Counter Strike 2, apayrı bir oyun olarak değil, CS:GO’ya bir güncelleme olarak gelecek. Güncellemeyle birlikte gelecek en büyük değişiklik, Source 2 oyun motorunun sunduğu grafik teknolojileri sonucunda görülecek.

CS:GO’da ve Counter Strike tarihi boyunca gördüğümüz efsane haritalar, yeni dokularla oyunculara ev sahipliği yapacak. Parlak olması gereken materyaller parlak olacak, çevrede gördüğümüz malzemeler ise çok daha fazla çeşitliliğe sahip olacak.

Fakat her harita, yukarıdaki Overpass örneğinde gördüğümüz gibi fiziksel olarak büyük değişiklikler geçirmeyecek. Bazı haritalarda yalnızca materyal ve ışıklandırma teknolojilerinin meyveleri gösterilecek. Overpass örneğinden farklı olarak bu haritalar, en baştan dizayn edilmiş değiller. Yani harita üzerinde bulunan neredeyse her sahne malzemesi, aynı şekilde durmaya devam edecek.
